Risk disclosure

Monstra Risk Disclosure

Using Monstra involves technology risk, market risk, model risk, automation risk, and third-party dependency risk. This disclosure is intended to make key risks visible to users in plain language.

These policies and disclosures may be updated periodically as Monstra evolves.

No adviser or fiduciary relationship

Use of Monstra does not create an investment advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or client relationship between you and Monstra. Monstra does not provide personalized investment advice.

Market and loss risk

Markets can move quickly and unpredictably. Any strategy, allocation, or algorithmic signal can lose value, underperform, or fail under changing market conditions. There is no guarantee of gains, reduced volatility, or capital preservation.

Historical examples, simulations, paper results, and backtests are hypothetical and do not guarantee future performance. No return target, ranking, or model output should be read as a promise.

Algorithmic output and automation risk

Monstra bot signals are algorithmic outputs. They may rely on assumptions, thresholds, source data, and system logic that can contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or unintended behavior. They are not personalized to you and should not be treated as individualized advice.

Paper automation may place paper orders on a schedule after you enable it, but only for a connected verified paper account. Users remain responsible for choosing whether to enable automation, what sessions to run, and when to stop it.

Third-party dependency risk

Monstra may rely on third-party services, including market data providers, cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, payment processors, and brokerage integrations. Failures, delays, or interruptions in those services may affect data, account access, payments, account views, or overall platform functionality.

Brokerage and credential risk

If you connect Alpaca, Monstra may receive and store encrypted brokerage credentials on Monstra servers for authorized product functionality. Removing a connection, credential rotation, provider outages, or invalid credentials may interrupt dashboards, manual workflows, or paper automation.

Live brokerage workflows remain user initiated and require user review and confirmation. Paper automation can be blocked by account verification failures, market-hours constraints, rejected orders, open orders, unsupported assets, or provider-side behavior.

No performance guarantee

Monstra does not guarantee performance, profitability, successful execution, or that any strategy, ranking, simulation, paper result, or live manual rebalance will match future outcomes.
