Risk disclosure
Using Monstra involves technology risk, market risk, model risk, and data risk. This disclosure is intended to make key risks visible to users in plain language.
Use of Monstra does not create an investment advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or client relationship between you and Monstra. Monstra does not provide personalized investment advice.
Markets can move quickly and unpredictably. Any strategy, allocation, or algorithmic signal can lose value, underperform, or fail under changing market conditions. There is no guarantee of gains, reduced volatility, or capital preservation.
Historical examples, simulations, and paper results do not guarantee future performance. No return target, ranking, or model output should be read as a promise.
Monstra bot signals are algorithmic outputs. They may rely on assumptions, thresholds, source data, and system logic that can contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or unintended behavior. They are not personalized to you and should not be treated as individualized advice.
Users remain responsible for their own judgment. You decide whether any information is relevant to your situation and whether to take action outside the product.
Monstra may rely on third-party services, including market data providers, cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, payment processors, and brokerage integrations. Failures, delays, or interruptions in those services may affect data, account access, payments, account views, or overall platform functionality.
Data shown in Monstra may be delayed, stale, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable because of upstream market feeds, service disruptions, network failures, scheduled jobs, caching, or provider outages.
Even when the product includes freshness checks, a signal preview or account view may not reflect the latest market conditions at the moment you read it.
Monstra may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, deployments, outages, scaling events, security issues, or third-party failures.
If you use brokerage sync, the workflow is user initiated and paper-only while enabled. You review the preview, decide whether to proceed, and initiate the sync yourself. Order timing, market movement, partial fills, rejected orders, and unavailable assets can all affect outcomes.
Monstra does not guarantee execution, strategy tracking accuracy, or any performance result from a paper sync or rebalance flow.
User-created bots and community-generated content are not guaranteed by Monstra. Monstra does not verify the accuracy, safety, profitability, or suitability of user-created strategies. You are responsible for reviewing any user-created bot before relying on it.
Monstra does not guarantee performance, profitability, successful execution, or that any strategy, ranking, simulation, or paper result will match future outcomes.
