64 mechanical-plus-LLM swing-trading research bots, each inspired by a publicly documented trading style (never branded with a real trader's name), competing in a seeded single-elimination bracket. A deterministic rule engine screens candidates; an LLM decides ENTER, PASS, HOLD, or EXIT for each one and logs a short rationale — including every PASS, so selectivity itself is measurable; an external, non-negotiable risk engine owns every stop-loss and position cap regardless of what the LLM decides.
